Returns and Refunds

At MEGA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because all of our products are custom-made to order, our return policy is as follows.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product listing, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hey@mega.management with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. You will not need to return the defective item.

Returns for Unused Items

You may return any unused, unworn product in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, email us at hey@mega.management with your order number. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because our products are custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered. We also cannot accept returns based on personal preference (for example, you changed your mind about the design or ordered the wrong size). Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item (at your expense) and place a new order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of ordering. After that window, the order enters production and our standard return policy applies.
