I Built a Machine That Drops Entire Online Stores — And I Filmed the Whole Thing

No cuts. No smoke. Buy credits, and watch a real, branded store build itself.

Six months ago, MEGA was a weekend hackathon project. It came in twelfth out of a hundred and sixty.

Today it drops entire online stores — pages, products, payments, the works — for people who’ve never built one. And to prove it isn’t smoke and mirrors, I sat down and filmed the entire process, start to finish, with nothing edited out.

Two videos. The real thing.

What “store drop” actually means

Most “store builders” hand you an empty theme and say good luck. You still have to pick plugins, wire up WooCommerce, fight the settings, write the pages, find products, and pray it all fits together.

MEGA does the opposite. You start with a blank machine — literally nothing — paste one command, and walk away. Fifteen minutes later you come back to a finished, branded storefront: a homepage, an about page, a contact page with a working form, legal pages, a logo, a real product catalog, payments wired, and the kind of expert settings nobody tells you about — permalinks, image optimization, SEO — all configured correctly on the way out the door.

You don’t build the store anymore. The store builds itself.

Part 1 — From “I don’t have a store” to a live shop

The first video is the whole front door:

  • Buy your credits — that’s the only thing you pay for.
  • Your account provisions itself and emails you the keys.
  • You generate a token, drop it into one command on a fresh machine, and the full premium stack installs itself — theme, blocks, forms, CRM, SEO — pulled down for you.
  • Then it builds the store. Live. Branded. Done.

I bought the credits on camera. The account set itself up. The welcome email landed. The store dropped. I didn’t trim the boring parts, because there’s nothing to hide — it just works.

Part 2 — Making products with AI, in minutes

A store is only worth having if you can fill it. So the second video shows the other half of the machine: connecting your fulfillment, then making an actual product end to end.

You describe what you want. The AI draws it. You drop it on a mockup, write nothing by hand, and push it live to your store — in the time it takes to make a sandwich. Then the Mockup Studio makes it look like a real, photographed product.

Why this is different

I’ve run ecommerce brands for over a decade. I know exactly what a store needs on day one — and what every “twelve-hour training” leaves out. (Here’s a big one: they never mention SEO. Not once. So how is anyone supposed to find your store?)

I baked all of that hard-won knowledge directly into MEGA, so your store ships correct the first time — not a pile of homework with your name on it.

Print on demand was never the hard part. Having a real store to sell from was. Not anymore.

The commands, if you want them

This is the whole terminal side of Part 1 — just two commands, run on a fresh Ubuntu / WSL machine. The skill is fully open source, so you can read every line before you run it.

1. Bootstrap the machine — installs everything it needs:

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jonjonesai/store-drop-skill/main/setup.sh | bash

2. Drop your store — paste your store-drop token when it asks, and walk away:

cd ~/kadence-skill/store-drop-skill && ./deploy.sh

Read the source first if you like — it’s all public: github.com/jonjonesai/store-drop-skill.

See it for yourself

The two videos above are the complete, uncut proof. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to actually start — this is it.

Let MEGA drop your store. Claude keeps it running. You just sell.
